What is on my iPod? Hmmm. I actually have no idea because a certain DH (who shall remain nameless) swears that his battery on his is pretty much dead and therefore because he is travelling he should get to use mine. Arrrrgggh.

But yes, we downloaded every single CD we had and filled in with favorite songs from CDs we never bought but intended to. Then we both have satellite radio, and I am loving the Coffeehouse station

- once I hear a new song that I like, I add it. I now have some pretty random and completely amazing music on my playlist... that I am no longer using.

Of course, I don't remember half of the names. I have never been good with remembering music and artists like that.

I couldn't agree more!!! I thought DVR was stupid, until I got it. LOVE it. Can't imagine life without it, love it. And same with the iPod. Changed my life

OK, that sounds a little pathetic, but it's true!

That's exactly what we did. I just started with all my CDs - and the great thing is that you can download only the songs you like off a CD. Then from there whenever I thought of a song I wanted but didn't have I would buy it. For a while I kept a little note pad in my purse and whenever a song popped into my head I would jot it down and then download it the next time I was in istore.

I did what the other did...started with my CDs. Then over time figured out when I listened to it so I could determine what kind of music I wanted. On top of the run-ofth-mill music, I have a lot of different study tunes on there and then a set of music to run to.

Call me cool -- I just bought an MP3 player!! It has been on my Amazon wishlist for ages and I was in Office Depot today and there it was. $80 with a $60 mail in rebate! DUH!!!! Yeah me!

I just got an iPod for X-mas and being the technologically challenged girl that I am I have no music on it

. I havent figured out (or I guess attempted to figure out) itunes, etc.

But I do listen to sermons from the most amazing preacher I have ever heard - Matt Chandler who is a pastor in Texas. He spoke at the men's retreat E went to last winter and he is AMAZING!

I guess I need to get on the ball with the music though because it sure would make running a little easier!

Ditto - I couldnt live without Tivo. I dont watch much tv, pretty much only after the kids are in bed, so I like it that I dont have to watch the commercials. I can watch a few episodes of something in the time it would take to watch 1.
