I finally got with the program and bought an iPod. I am in with it. Problem is, I am overwhelmed in the iStore. Crap, so much music!! I have downloaded a few things, but wondered what you all are listening to?

I have no Ipod. I bought one for DH for Christmas, and we're both so technology deficient (other than the computer for me) that neither one of us has figured out how to use it yet. New technology scares us not-cool people.

Great question - it IS overwhelming. We started with downloading all our CD's to it, and then started the "if you like ___, you might also like ___" links.... every night for about 2 weeks straight. We were obsessed. Maddie loves "Hey Mr. Tambourine Man" - but we don't have any music on there just for the kids yet. My new love is the Old 97s (thanks to Aileen). Can't wait to hear the other replies!

Good idea!! I'll have to do that. I have so many CD's...it would be fun to have it on there (and then get rid of them!).

What are you guys having trouble with on the downloading? Just picking songs or how to do it?

No, just picking songs. They make is simple to download. There are just so many to choose from that when I get there, my mind goes blank. Right now I have my favorites from Fallout Boy, Good Charlotte, RHCP, Bon Jovi. That was as far as I got. Oh, and the boys downloaded the Cars soundtrack.

I go to mtv.com and vh1.com and look at there lists.. I downloaded alot to bear share from when I was in high school..turns out Diva like N*Sync. Kinda amusing.

Dude. You need to get with the program. I my TiVo. Seriously. I only watch what I want and NO COMMERCIALS EVER. No more wasted time.

And, I couldn't exercise without my iPod. The music keeps me runnin'~!
