I was in Trader Joe's today perusing the cheese section for Queso Fresco - which strangely they didn't have. Anyway, I stumbled upon this Brie that comes in more of a log instead of a wedge. OMG - it's so good! And so easy to cut to put on crackers, you can slice off a little circle. It would probably be nice for baking with the chutney's etc because it's a long log and much more user friendly. Yummmm, just an FYI. Now, off to eat more of it...

This sounds perfect for making that yummy bruschetta we had at the coast. I know it had apples on it too. What else was it? Pecans? Walnuts?
