I have no idea where he ran into Dora. There was a convention for Latino advocacy in San Diego that both candidates spoke at. That is my first guess where he might have picked up that gem. Of course, Ash LOVES that picture and now thinks that daddy knows Dora personally and is off exploring with her (hence why he is gone so much... makes total sense, right?).
