Hmmm...Cannot remember. Here are a few fantastic ones that are totally easy...

• Sweet Potato & Apple Soup
• Chicken Enchiladas
• Make your own Taco Dinner
• Super Nachos....My kids love to help me make these.
• Home Made Hot Pockets-I usually make either ham/cheese or apple and cheese and serve with salad or veggies.
• Rosemary chicken and wild rice...The kids go NUTS for this.
• White Bean Stew in a bread bowl
• Turkey Meatballs
