| If you need a good cry, I mean a good one . . . | | Watch the movie Reign Over Me. It's stars Adam Sandler as a 9-11 widower who not only lost his wife, but his 3 DD's and how he copes with life afterwards. We watched it last night, I had no idea what is was about (should have read the cover first, dugh). Even the mere mention of it brings me to tears, it was so sad |

| Re: If you need a good cry, I mean a good one . . . | | Thanks for posting. I may try to rent it, but I'll wait for the next time I am feeling bummed. Sometimes, sad movies make me feel better about life (and I love Adam Sandler..can't beleive I didn't know about that movie!). |

| Re: If you need a good cry, I mean a good one . . . | | I've wanted to see this, but I'm not sure I can make it through. Sad movies that are based on true stories make me physically ill... after I watched Titanic I had to sit in the parking lot of the movie theatre for awhile before I could get in my car (not because of the story line but the thought of the real people that died). I had to leave the room for the last half an hour of The Perfect Storm because I started to get the dry heaves. I also really want to see Hotel Rowanda but I'm sure that one will bring on full blown physical illness |

| Re: If you need a good cry, I mean a good one . . . | | I wondered if that would be good or not. Was it weird to get into it with Adam Sandler playing a serious role? I think I would be constantly waiting for a joke or something. I'll have to talk DH into renting that one - he HATES sad movies based on real events, I guess he gets enough of that from his job. |
