Sorry, but I've got to vent somewhere. Annie was up 6 times again last night...two of which required 30 minutes of me rocking her back to sleep. Then she was up for the day at 5:45 a.m. I am SO tired. And now she's fussy and onry and nothing is making her happy. Is it bad when you have to cry over the kitchen sink before 7:30 a.m.? Sam's not even up yet...I think it's going to be a long day.

Sara...hugs to you. On days like that I just dump whatever plans I had for the day and go into survival mode. Everything...laundry, dinner, whatever, gets pushed till tomorrow and I plot to figure out how I can somehow get a nap.

I'm so sorry, Sara. Could it be a growth spurt? Teething? Have you tried Motrin or Tylenol just to see if it helps her sleep longer stretches?

I'm with you, girl....cancel plans, play sick today and know that tomorrow WILL be better.....Oh, and be sure to treat yourself to a small indulgence-choclate, mocha latte', delivered pizza? Anything that makes you smile.

OMG - so it's not just me??? Will had a rough morning. I woke up a couple of times last night and finally couldn't get back to sleep around 6. Ryan's being an *ss. And I have 900 things to do today. So I'm with ya!

I am right there with you. No matter what I do Christine is up EVERY THREE HOURS. I know she can sleep longer. She did it for two months. I was up coughing a dozen times between that which requires me to run out of the room so I don't jolt her awake. Fortunately Steven and Hannah slept all night but I still feel like a train wreck. DH is STILL up and will be all day until he just falls over trying to meet some deadlines that he couldn't do last week with me sick. I do have my nanny today, the first in a week...and last week I was too sick and went to the doctor's when she was here, so I have TONS of errands to run KID FREE (though I might take Steven since he has been cooped up in our sick bay for four weeks now). I have some jeans I was just going to return to Banana Republic...but I think I'll indulge in some retail therapy and gets some cute tops and maybe a sweater to replace the over priced jeans.

Sara. Hang in there. Your DH is almost home. Did you open your champagne??

I'M SO SORRY! I know just how you feel! T has been fighting allergies. Friday night he didn't go to bed till 11:00, woke up at 2:00, didn't go back to sleep until 4:00, and woke up at 6:45 for the day. I was dead!

I hope you get a chance to get some rest (I know, fat chance right?) I hope Tuesday is better for you!
