I bought a costume for myself at a garage sale that I thought would be funny to wear, but now i'm wondering if it's not appropriate to wear outside of an adult party. It's a Dolly Parton costume. Can I wear this while trick or treating with a 3 year old?... passing out treats to trick or treaters at my door? Is that in bad taste? Here's a picture of the same costume I found online to help:

I would CRACK UP if I saw that while trick or treating or handing out treats. That would better than the HSers dressed as NOTHING asking for another Snickers bar!!

I'm so glad you all think it's acceptable! Even though Jack doesn't know who she is, he was cracking up when I put the costume on & sang D.P. songs into his echo microphone. He got mad at me when I took it off, LOL. I've always loved dressing up for Halloween & was shocked when no other moms had costumes on while trick or treating last year.
