have you not read anything that he or I have said??? it is stuff like this that still hurts and will keep me over here and away from "other" boards and want to get the eff off the Ya Ya boat. This is the world wide web. Welcome to lack of "privacy." The last thing I yelled at my DH about on Monday when I found out about all of this is about my "privacy" being violated. Instead I was sorry I got caught saying crappy things. The only reason why these things are blocked from everyone to see when at one time we could all read it is because we have ALLLLLLL said crappy things about others and no one needs to ever see that because we have no filter on the web. We have none. We say things we don't mean and misconstue it all over and over again. No one ever needs to see the words that have been said about them on someone's computer. I think I have explained enough. No, I don't agree with how blocking my friends out was handled but the whole privacy thing is another issue. Good luck finding a board where there isn't a moderator looking out for you.

I liked what The DH had to say and I hope this starts the healing for everyone, especially between you and your DH. I'm looking at this as a huge reminder to myself that NOTHING on an internet website should be considered private and safe and that I should try insanely hard to be nice at all times, even behind people's backs

I would like to point out one thing: This all could have been avoided, or at least the public nature of it, if The DH had responded from the beginning. The fact that Jodi, Jenny and Christy were posting about their problem and trying to contact you but were receiving no answers is what fueled this fire. Had The DH contacted them to tell them what was going on, and had he responded to the others (myself included) who inquired about their problem with a simple "There is a specific problem with these 3 that I am aware of, that is private in nature and that I am discussing with them", the problem would have been much more contained. No answers leads to no good and this was 3 days of no answers.

and that I will agree with. DH I am pretty sure, said that what he did was wrong in dealing with this.

Sarah-I am just so sorry. You are in my thoughts. I really wish I knew what tomorrow will bring and when this will all be resolved.

Yes, this was a source of discomfort to me. Especially since at least one of the mods had been less than nice to me on at least one occasion. Mods have a responsibility to do their job without allowing their feelings to come to play. The worst part for me was the fact that I did not feel like I could say anything about the reputation reading or even some of the bullying that went on because the mods who were doing this were your friends, Sarah.

I think that S made a terrible mistake, he overreacted and should have tried to take a step away from his feelings before dealing with it. He's human, I can forgive him. But it does seem to me that he has some things to work through in this life. Driving home at 100 mph because you feel upset is a great way to kill someone.

This whole situation is really disappointing and could have been handled much better. It wasn't and that is that. We can move on or not.
