I was up with Christine at 11pm...1am (broughther in my bed and she managed to wiggle her way under my pillow...freaked me out)...4am...she was WIDE awake but after a couple tries she was back to sleep at 445am...Hannah was crying (she NEVER cries anymore). DH started to snore his bloody head off (he has a cold) and no amount of poking or prodding would get him to stop. He's either going to owe me a nap or a big fat Starbucks that he makes the trip to with the three kids. 4am was my first and last wake up call for the day. I give up. I finally got all the kids back to sleep and now I am up.
Hannah still isn't going to sleep "I just want my daddy!" is starting to drive me crazy. I have cuddled and hugged and done everything and the DH...as frustrated as he is making me too is sound asleep, sick and was up until some crazy hour of the morning working. I am not about ready to wake him up for Hannah's 4 to 6am DRAMA.
You must be exhausted!!! I swear, I understand now why people stop after one kiddo. Will's hardly a good sleeper as it is. Knowing we're getting ready to start all over with a little one is just mind numbing. And DH and I have an understanding - he snores that bad, he's off to another room (I hate to admit this happens more often than I'd like it to). I hope you get some rest today.
Hannah still hasn't gone back to sleep and I did finally get DH and he couldn't get her to stop being dramatic either. Ugh. Steven and Christine are both up at 6am. This is a LONG morning! I am starting to look forward to the two hours Dh and I get to go to a....FUNERAL today. Sucks that I have a funeral without the kids to look forward to. Now I have to figure out how I am going to get myself half way decent with all three kids up, crabby and at my feet.
Wow, it sounds like you had a rough night, a rougher morning, and a not-fun day to look forward to. I think you should lobby for both the nap and the Starbucks!!
