I know you guys are acquainted with Patricia Heaton from the ELR days, I just saw her on Rachel Ray...HOLY CR@P can that woman sing! They had her do an impromptu rendition of "Amazing Grace" one of my favourites (and DD's too). Then they brought out a choir to sing with her. It was fantastic. Did you know she had such a set of pipes? I have always loved her. Now I love her even more!

I did know! She performed at a fundraiser for B's school and my DH rewrote some Broadway songs for her to sing. I heard she was fabulous!

She was FABULOUS on Rachael Ray! It was totally impromtu (and she was still great) close your eyes and she could totally have been Aretha Franklin!
