Jackie - I think I have that same pattern - it makes more of a dress length top and has the cutest bloomers. I made it for DD when she was smaller. It's adorable!

My family just layed out the quilt squares we all did for our big family quilt project -- 12 people, 2 squares each, sampler. It was great to see the finished squares. Now, I need to find the backing fabric and get it sent off to someone to do that actual quilting.

As for me, I am:

1. Constantly sewing jumpers. I have lots of fabric to get to work on...but I need to photograph all the fabric I have so people can see if they like any of them for themselves.
2. Just finished a pair of flannel PJs for Isabella. I have another pair to make...and coordinating pillowcases.
3. Sew trim (ribbon & rick-rack) on a pre-made bedskirt for Isabella's bed.
4. Easter dress for Isabella (which I hope to make next week while here at my mom's).
5. A few other dresses/outfits for Isabella that I didn't make last year but need in order to beef up her summer wardrobe this year.

Oh, and I'm knitting Baby Parish a hat....

I *just* finished (as in yesterday) the roman shades for our kitchen windows. I've had the fabric and motivation to do them for about 8 months now, but my MIL (who is a great sewer) told me the roman shades she made were difficult, so she scared me out of my project! I made a shade first for our butler's pantry, and since that one worked out, I finally made the matching ones for our kitchen! Wooo Who! I'm so glad they are done...and they work great! (They also match the curtains I made for our informal dining area).

Funny thing is...now we need to paint the kitchen for it to all come together! (DH is motivated to start this tomorrow!)

Next on the list is some kind of curtain or shade for the 3 windows in our bathroom and a cushion for the bench in our mudroom.

well i guess everyone knows what i am working on. but it was great reading what everyone else is doing to get ideas.

i did the pillows and table runner could be better! all very plain but good for learning and playing. i want to do the placemats for the kitchen table and matching napkins but this will all match the pillows in the family room . i figured it'd bring them together. we'll see.
i dont know what i will do next though. i def. want to attempt some sort of clothes

On monday I hope to start (and hopefully finish ) roman shades for tah guess BD. I have the fabric but not much time to do it lately.
I also need to hemmed a pant that I bought two weeks ago. Just hate to do that.
And I'm going to do this to take to Arg (will be winter when I go) to give to my mom, sisters and SIL Making a Paisley Scarf and more creative crafts projects, templates, tips, clip-art, patterns, and ideas on marthastewart.com

After seen Alison jumpers I want to start doing that. Or soem kind of easy summer dress for G.
And I want to try something with felting. I'm really curious about it. I think I will start with something easy like this:

I'm going to smock and sew this Mary De wrap jumper for Sadie's first birthday. I've really got to get started on it right away--Hopefully I can choose some fabric and have it pleated this week.

I'm sewing:
1. a mei tai for Kim B.

2. diapers for Frances- I'm trying to make them better than the first ones that fit from 0-9 months. These are pretty but still not quite as absorbant as I want and I'm not sure what to put in them?

3. little felt shoes

4. Easter dresses for Frances and Abigail- these are not started or purchases yet.

5. pj pants for me and DH

Just added some "Biblical" robes for VBS & Sunday School per a request at church this morning. They should be super easy. (especially compared to that beautiful smocked wrap jumper, Lynn)
