At least it sounds like your appetite is comming back. You have to watch your intake of fish (especially salmon and tuna b/c of the mercury contamination). Although I wouldn't normally advise this...avoid deli meats (b/c of the known listeria problems we are having in this country). Other than that. Everything in moderation.

I craved boiled eggs when I was pg with DD. I think it's the protien that you crave. I never crave steak until about my 6th month and then I could eat it everyday!

Thanks for all of the suggestions ladies Taking vitamin B6 has helped a bit with the puking so I am trying to be better about what I eat now. I am totally turned off by chicken but other meats seem to be okay. Can't get enough milk!
