I like fizzy water. Poland Spring Raspberry-Lime. It isn't sweet at all. There is no sweetner, just the flavor. I do not like Propel or other flavored waters. Look over by the club soda section at the store and you'll find the flavored, non sweetened, waters. I know Schepps makes some too. I can drink my water cold or room temp, so try it both ways.

Good luck with this. I hope that you are feeling better soon.

I throw a lemon slice in my water to change the taste up.

My friend just told me that she adds a little fruit juice to her water. Just a bit so it isn't too sweet, but it helps it go down easier.

Sorry Kim, I would stick to water...Nothing better for you, it has NO calories, NO sugar, NO fat, NO caffeine and NO chemicals involved in the process of decaffenation. I know in the US not many people like too much water, instead they do sodas and beverages -not good.

SWISS WATER® Process: 100% chemical free coffee decaffeination however this is one company I found that uses no chemicals in decaffeinating coffee, you might want to check them out.
