Will it speed up? | | I've been dropping a pound a week. Which is great, but I want it to pick up! This week, I'll be careful, but I'm not counting points. Next week, forget it, I am going on vacation and I'm not depriving myself then.
However, when I get home, I want things to speed up. I am hoping that I can start working out more then, as my foot should be back to normal. What is normal for you other WW ladies? |
