I lost 1,2 lb this week. 8 since I started on the 1st.
I was hoping for more because I have so many to lose (40 lb).
Still can not find the time and motivation to exersise. I'm pretty ashamed about that.
I was afraid that once I cut the dependance to carbs and sweets I would stop eating. And that whats happening. I'm posting to take this out to see if I can get on track again. I just rather don't eat that prepare something. I have veggies cut but, I got stuff but I get stuff for G and
DH and don't want to do it for me.

I like WW beacuse I was hoping it would help me to eat more healthy more I'm falling. I wish I could get to the mettings.
