Once again, it comes down to sleep.
When A was sleeping better at night, I started losing weight again. I was back into my pre-
pg work pants. (They fit differently, but they did fit.) Since she stopped sleeping, I'm busting out of them. In 2 weeks, I probably gained about 5-7 pounds.
I guess I'm the only one whose weight is so affected by sleep, but it has always been this way. 8 hours and it is pretty easy to maintain a weight. Anything less and I get chubby. Erg.
