I used to run.

I am so out of shape but know I have to get my butt in gear once my neck is better since the whole thing stems from bad posture and a weak back.
I used to run 5 miles a day about 5 or 6 days a week but never did any races. My dean does lots of 5Ks and mini marathons so I told her once I work up to it I would join her.
My plan is to jump back on the treadmill once I am better and until it cools off enough outside to run on the track at the high school. E is really good about motivating me and helping me with other exercises.
