Just a suggestion: Make all your goals as specific as the two in red. Instead of "eating better", maybe "eating 3 fruits and 3 veg each day. For less caffeine, maybe "Once cup of coffee instead of 2". For getting out, "One of my 3 walking days will be a walk date with a friend each week", and the organizing one: "I will clear the flat spaces of clutter" or "I will clean one closet each week".
It's easier to measure them and check them off the more specific they are (says the girl who used to set goals for a living!
