OMG, I am sore... | | I walked on Wednesday to the grocery store with the two kids...about a forty minute walk half of which up a good hill (I jogged the downhill part) .Last night I really felt the burn coming on so I did a Cardio Pilates DVD to keep me going...OMG, I hurt! If I can get my act together this afternoon even with the kids, I am going to try 30 minutes of yoga to get my muscles really moving. I can't believe how out of shape I am! I used to do these walks and pilates every day!
PS Any good video recommendations? I am missing some of mine and can use a couple new ones! |
