1 100 cal English Muffin - 1 pt
1/4 cup fat free egg substitute - 1 pt
1 oz Velveeta (yeah, I know, but I love it)- 2 pts
1 slice Canadian bacon- 1 pt

5 points. Yummy!

Add my French Press latte and I am so ready for the day.

You are killing me!!! I love muffins and canadian bacon but we have neither here. It is my idea of a great breakfast too!
I'd still use regular egg though
