Not to hyjack but I have realized that with all of DHs travel I eat much more crap that I would normally.
I tell myself I DESERVE a treat for taking care of 5 kids by myself.
I tell myself I DESERVE to eat out and not cook.
Unfortunately, I also DESERVE the extra 15 pounds I am now carrying
What I have to drill in my head is that my 'treating' myself I am actually treating my body like crap. My plan to eat so much of stuff I love that I learn to hate it isn't going very well.
