I know I've commented here and there about needing to get involved, but it's really time. I did two things today I haven't done for a while: stood on the scale, and looked in the full-length mirror. I've been loosely saying that I've needed to lose 10-15, but I think that number is up to 20. I'm determined to take it off before ttc, and I don't want to get that ttc urge, but feel unable to act on it because I'm not as healthy as I'd like to be.
So, keep me accountable, ladies! I went on a walk this morning with the kids and even managed to jog for a little while. The biggest things I need to work on are listening to hunger cues instead of eating all the time- particularly out of boredom/habit, etc., cutting my portion sizes, and increasing my activity levels. I guess that about sums it up, eh?

I just need some sort of a change of focus- do sit ups when I'm wanting a treat, etc. Wish me luck, ladies! Operation shape up for baby #3 is on!
