I was just thinking about this this morning. I haven't worked out in weeks. I was really good about getting on the treadmill at least 4 times a week. Then we went on vacation, then I got strep throat, and now the second summer session has started and my work schedule has changed again and I haven't found a good time to get back on.
And my eating has been horrible. We have no fruit in the house, so snacks are all candy (from the bookstore) or chips or other crap like that. I told
DH this morning that I am going to Target tonight and getting some fruit and veggies. Ugh
