Default Kashi

I have to say I have never been disappointed with any of their products! I am trying a trail mix bar now (2 points) and it's very tasty. Very low sugar, lost of fiber and protein. Just had to share!

I totally agree. Every Kashi product I've tried has been very good -- both in a dietary view and in the taste category. I really like their stuff!

Hmm...maybe I should try some of their other products. I bought Kashi Go Lean last year and it was exactly like sucking on carboard, IMO so I've steered clear of Kashi in general. What are your favorites??

I'm a big fan of the Kashi 7 Grain Pilaf. It's really good. I have always been a little scared of the bars. I may have to give them a try. I've really liked all of the Kashi frozen meals I've tried too - they're great for a quick, healthy meal.

I heart Kashi granola bars-especially the chocolate and cherry ones. Mmmm!

OK, I have to revise my recommendation - I don't like the regular GoLean. I love the GoLean Crunch though. And I've liked the frozen dinners, Crunchy Bars, granola bars.

Try the go lean crunch cereal. I love that. And the Good Friends. I hated the Crunch bars, though. Bleh.

I like the regular Go Lean. It is low in sugar, HIGH in protein and HIGH in fiber. Plus, it has little twigs! But, Good Friends is by far my favorite! We also eat Autumn Wheat & Mighty Bites on a daily basis. I also like their Nuggets, Strawberry Fields, Honey Toasted Oat Heart to Heart, and Blueberry Clusters Heart to Heart

DH loves their frozen meals -- so much better than HC or Lean Cuisine.

The chewy granola bars are heavenly -- not too sweet, not too hard or too chewy.

I like their protein bars.

DD loves their waffles...and they are the only store-bought waffles I occasionally buy because they aren't made with enriched flour...

Oh, and I recently bought one of their pizzas which was very good.
