Shape's 10-Pound Meltdown - Get Fit - Shape
I found this while catching up on my old Shape magazines - it's a 7-day menu plan for low GI-foods plus a workout schedule to lose 10 pounds in a month. Not sure if I could really do all of this (or lose 10 pounds in one month) but I thought it was good for some new ideas and I might try to follow it on those weeks when I'm feeling uninspired and just needing direction food-wise. Just thought I would share!
