I hit my first goal! | | My first fitness goal, and please don't laugh, I'm telling you I was way way way out of shape and have zero stamina, but I'm getting better. So I could only do like 10 min on the treadmill and I was puffing and sometimes if I'm honest didn't even make it hardly that long iwth out putting hte speed way way down. BUt today! Today I went 20 min fast walking and jogging!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Idid the interval training and I did 3 mph for my slowest and 4.1 as my highest. I am proud of myself. |
