I'll admit I have been weighing myself almost every day. Bad, I know. I was down two pounds this week by mid week and super excited and then yesterday we had a birthday party and then friends over swimming and I indulged in pizza. I was still within my points if you consider BFing but it must have been loaded with sodium because today I weighed myself and I was up two pounds! I wanted to throw in the towel. I knew it had to be water weight changes and I just had to stick to the veggies and lean meats if I wanted to find consistency....
...Then I went to get dressed. It has been in the 70s and 80s here so I needed to dig out a spring outfit for my dad's 60th birthday party today and everything WAS TOO BIG! I need new clothes! My GF and I were talking yesterday about how she is wearing a size 6 again and I know that her and I are about the same size but I figured I was still a 8 or even a 10. Nope, I need some 6s in my closet!

(don't hate me, I am only 5' tall and could still stand to lose 5 to 10 pounds...but that's okay).
