) That is me in my best shape ever. (My arms have ALWAYS been my trouble spot.) That body is a result of a lot of training - step aerobics 5x/week, weight training 3x/week, spinning 1x/week, yoga and pilates 3x/week. There's no way I could maintain that schedule now, but at least now I've been reminded that, once upon a time, I was in great shape! I've already scouted gyms in NOVA, and
DH knows that whatever neighborhood in which he picks our house MUST have sidewalks. Being walking distance to a grocery store would be bonus.
I am genuinely excited about getting my rear back in gear now!! Wooo!!! I am putting this pic on the fridge!
