Two words, my friend: Lifetime Fitness. It is in Fairfax, and I think Centreville. It is heaven on Earth. Two hours of free childcare per day, spa on site, Caribou Coffee shop, fantastic staff.

It will get you totally motivated to reach your goals! It will also give you some time to yourself, just to relax and destress. It was an absolute godsend to me. And just last night, DS was talking about how much he loved going there!

Shelley - what membership level did you have? Bronze, gold, etc? The Centreville location offers only gold level and up. I assume you went to the Fairfax location?

It must be meant to be, because the Centreville one is having an open house this weekend ... and we just happen to be going down there this weekend.
