I haven't exercised since we went to DW

I was getting on the treadmill at least 3 or 4 times a week, but then we went on vacation (which did include a ton of exercise). But when we got back I had to spend the next week recuperating and catching up. Then I got strep throat, which had me out for a week. Then the new semester started and I literally don't have time to workout. I get up at 5:30 and most days don't get home until between 6:30 and 7:00. The few nights that I do get home early, we have Rangers games to go to so I don't want to work out and get all sweaty and then have to take another shower and get ready a second time to go to the game.
Last week I put on a pair of pants that were very snug, and this weekend I broke a button off a pair of shorts because they were too tight

So on Monday I started really upping my water (I had been drinking maybe 1 glass a day), cutting back on my coffee & diet cokes, and paying more attention to what & how much I eat. I've lost about 2 pounds already, and though I know its all water I need to shed this excess water weight anyway.
I really need to tone up though. Since my trainer quit last Nov I have lost almost all of the muscle tone that I had

I have got to find some time to at least do something everyday. I know I can't go to the gym for 1+ hours anymore with my work schedule, but I have to do *something* or I'm going to be right back in the same position I was in a year ago.
