Default How is everyone doing?

I know a bunch of us are trying to eat better and exercise more - how is it going for you?

I have been ok, trying to up my running. Last night I did a gravity class then pilates. Tonight I just need to watch out for the mindless snacking.

I'm doing just ok. I'm up a bit this week, so I need to figure out why. I need to get a new exercise goal because that is definitely slipping some. And my carb cravings are back some, too -- I need to start focusing on the good foods again.

Well I was full of pi$$ and vinegar 2 weeks ago... that resolve has slipped since then! It seems to be the same old, same old with me: there is NO TIME FOR ME To have good and points friendly meals and snacks available, I need time to plan them, get them, make them, etc... when it really boils down to it, I just don't have that time right now. It sucks. I *want* to have teh time, I *want* to break the insane cycle, but I just can't seem to manage it.

My current resolve is to maintain. Cut out the potato chips and general junk. And try to get some time back for myself.

I am doing great! I got my gym membership on Thurs., and I've been everyday since!! I started my group cardio training on Monday (will be doing that MWF), and I had my first personal training session last night. (Will be doing PT on TTH.) My body hurts, but it's a good hurt. This is my first full week of training. If I can make it through this week, I'm good. I was really happy after my training yesterday. My trainer said she was very impressed with my flexibility and form. I also held a plank for 45 seconds! I haven't done planks in over a year!

The diet is going ok. I need to drink more water and do better about eating during the day.

I'm having a hard time getting up in the morning to run. This late night class thing and busy kid schedule is killing me. I can't exercise when I'm exhausted. Other than that, down 1 pound this week. Weigh in day is usually Wed for me.

Weigh in tonight. Ugh. Not expecting anything good. I've been sick, so not running. And, when I am sick like this, all I want to do is eat. It's not horrible food, but the quantity is not conducive to good habits. Bleh.

So far so good today (Except for the cookie I just ate, but it was just one).

I need to get better so I can exercise. Grrrrr.

Well my eatting habits are not the greatest. I still like to hit the candy jar for candy corn and what not. I also need to step up my trips to the gym. I have a trainer once a week and 'try to go two other times but rarely do. On a good note - I am 10 pounds lighter than when I got pregnant with Blake and my jean fit me this morning right out of the dryer!!!

I'm not doing well. Not exersise except my daily walking to and from work. My eating is a mess. . Not real food I'm snacking the days away.
Doesn't help that my mom brought all kind of yummy stuff. I just hope not gaining to much . So when thing calm down a little (I'm a emotional eater) and my stress goes down I can focus in better habits.

It took everything I had, too. And I had to do TWO of them. I was ok until about 25 seconds. The last 20 seconds I had my trainer in my ear. The last 8 seconds were the longest 8 seconds of my life. But, I did it. And THAT is why I got a trainer. On my own, I would've gone down at 25 seconds.

c/s incision was burnin' a little last night though.
