I just hate seeing and hearing men try to be so macho. Those guys who ONLY work upper body...and at that, they ONLY work chest & biceps. They totally forget the entire rest of their body. Then, they swing the weight around, getting momentum to actually lift the weight as they can't do it on their own, but think they are hot sh*t for how much weight they have on the bar. Finally, they grunt like they are playing frickin' Andre Agassi on the tennis court.
