I stood no chance of making up for my muffin in activity points in one day. So, if my plan was to make it up in activity points, I did it over the course of the week. I think I added 10-15 minutes of extra activity each day ... even if that was nothing more than walking at lunch.
I think planning to have the treat is a good idea. When you feel yourself slipping, just adjust your meals to allow yourself that pit-stop. AND, even if you DON'T plan for a big treat and have one, I think it's important to be able to come UP with a plan instead of kicking yourself for having a treat.
BTDT ... it was much easier for me to get my WW self back together if I stopped the negative self-talk and put together my rebound plan.
If you have a treat, make it count. Make it a REAL brownie or cookie and have ONE. No WW cakes as treats!!!
I totally plan to start WW again after I have BB.
