I think now that we have kids, we eat much better. Both of us grew up with parents who liked to fry things, to make lots of mashed potatoes, and who believed you should clean your entire plate. We really do eat a lot more vegetables, chicken, and less fatty and fried foods.
We are both really trying to get healthy now due to incentives from
DH's company for our health insurance.
DH is having a much harder time than I am.
