Does this make sense? | | I am eating way better, and watching my points, although not closely enough I guess. I am exercising a TON more. My body is totally changing, but I'm not really losing weight (lost 0.2 this week) or inches. I feel much more athletic and I have way more definition than before, which are both good things, but I don't seem to be getting any smaller. It's just kind of odd! I know I just have to keep at it, but I think I need some sort of jolt to get the weight loss going again. |
