Default Does this make sense?

I am eating way better, and watching my points, although not closely enough I guess. I am exercising a TON more. My body is totally changing, but I'm not really losing weight (lost 0.2 this week) or inches. I feel much more athletic and I have way more definition than before, which are both good things, but I don't seem to be getting any smaller. It's just kind of odd! I know I just have to keep at it, but I think I need some sort of jolt to get the weight loss going again.

I have experienced that as well. I don't know what to tell you or how to get past it, as I never did, but I feel your pain. It was so frustrating to be working my butt off and never see the scale or the inches go down.

Jen,
It's definately frustrating but someone once asked me which was more important: The number on that scale or the way your clothes fit you? It was a true eye opener and inspiring to me! You are doing GREAT.

That is frustrating, I know. Have you tried changing up your exercise routine or changing your menus? This is a tip from my trainer. Sometimes your body gets used to stuff and just gets in a rut. If you do the treadmill for your cardio, try putting in 1-2 minute running bursts, stuff like that. If you are a treadmill girl, try the step machine or elliptical. Forces your muscles to get out of what they are used to.
