I'm not on a plan now because
DH keeps beating me out the door to take a run with the dog in the evenings... But when I am in heavy training (which I haven't been for years) I take 1 day off every 4 days. 4 days train, 1 day rest, 4 days train, 1 day rest. On my day off, I walk a little and stretch to keep from getting stiff.
I'm really jealous that
DH has been getting to exercise. My 5K goal for this year has been put on indefinite hold. But I am proud that
DH has been losing a little weight.
