Way to go, Jen - you can do this! I have seen all sorts of athletes cross our tri's finish line and you are in way better shape then most of them. Goooooooooo Jen!

(Is it an Olympic distance tri?)

Exactly! After doing the Danskin, I about signed up to do it again the next year...but we ended up needing to be in England that weekend for a family obligation. Turns out I was pregnant at the time. So, I have never repeated the tri...but seriously once you complete one you will want to more JUST BECAUSE YOU CAN!!!
