I got Wii Fit and started doing some of the ab exercises. OMG, not a good idea. I am super sore even though I stopped after only a couple reps.

c/s, when did you start doing ab exercises again? What did you start with? I started doing yoga again and I'm hoping that will help to
slowly strengthen my abs. I was going to start pilates this week, but I think I'm going to hold off now.
