At first I was like "well, duh - can't really do it more than every day!" but then I got what he meant which was if you do it every day, it becomes a routine, and it becomes assumed, and more of a regular thing. So I like Sarah's suggestion of at least doing a little yoga or stretching on your days off. Do you get FitTV? There's a 1/2 hour yoga show on there that I really like and is good for off days. |
