I'm sorry. I know that frustration and downer feeling of not completing the work out goal. Just remember, the more you take her, the better she will do. the surroundings will become a second home and she will be more secure.

I just wanted to tell you that your trip to the gym inspired me to go for a run last night. I figured ... if Keri can pack up, take Lilia to the gym and get a workout in, I can certainly change my clothes and go for a run.
