I am still waiting to hear back from Babies R Us and I applied with ON and Gap but usually the bigger companies like you to have more history. I also applied with Robeez and Sephora but apparently we are too small for Sephora I am trying to find a website in the mean time that sells Bare Minerals besides Ebay to add to the list. I haven't found the link company that supports the William Sonoma and Gymboree companies yet but I am looking still. We might have to wait a couple months until we have more growth to get them on board.
I told DH that and then he informed me that we have been set up with Amazon for a long time but some computer jibberish about why the link isn't ready yet...He is going to get on it tonight. Do you know how many purchases I have made personally through them?! Hats off to him for that Market place. It really took longer than you would think. I am sure most people who have major websites have a person who JUST does affiliates and advertising because it is very time consuming to set up and maintain but it is how any website makes money.
You two are doing such a great job with this site!! I am going to make it my mission to do as much shopping through this site as I can! Amazon is a great add, because that's my main Christmas shopping turf. (I don't like big crowds at the stores.) Thanks so much all you're doing!
And I SOOOOO appreciate your support. Until we market ourselves to the general public, you guys are IT! Our board will change once DH starts doing the promotions though and that excites and scares me That is a lot to maintain. I just personally emailed the Sephora person to reconsider us because the evaluations are often done automatically rather than by a person. DH had luck with Zappos contacting them personally and should get a link for them going soon.
