I just planned the next 3 weeks! this week is as follows:
monte cristos, fruit
orange chicken stirfry, rice
chili in bread bowls
chicken parmesan, pasta, salad
pork tacos
roast, potatoes, carrots |

Easiest meal planning ever:
- My parents coming tomorrow night and will probably take us out to dinner.
- DH gone for 3-4 weeks starting Tuesday, so I can make whatever I want whenever I want it. Wooo hooo. | |

Cheese and ale soup tonight.
Mon - Chicken Wraps.
Tues - Pasta of somesort
Wed - Out (soccer and I work)
Thurs - ?
Fri - Pizza night (if DH and RS don't head to the IL's on Friday night)
Sat & Sun - whatever I want, DH & RS will be visiting the IL's. | |

Monday - Chili
Tuesday - FIL is coming and bringing dinner with him (I'm afraid to ask...last week he brought Wendy's (bleh) and I was sick afterwards.  )
Wednesday - Mango Chutney Chicken
Thursday - Black Bean Salmon in Phyllo with Coconut Rice
Friday - probably pizza
