Default mildew stains

I have a couple mildew stains in my shower that I can NOT get rid of. I managed to get them to fade after large amounts of scrubbing AND using the Clorox bleach pen.

Any tips or ideas for getting my shower shiny white again?

The Magic Eraser. Use a little Comet if you need to, but that eraser will get out ANYTHING.

Tilex Mold and Mildew remover. It works better than anything I've ever tried. We've got some REALLY stubborn stains and it made them go away.
