Default Zucchini Chocolate Chip Cookies

If you're looking for a "healthy" cookie, we made these this morning and they're not too shabby. Molly loved them and she can usually sniff out a vegetable from a mile away. I didn't have whole wheat flour and used regular instead.

Does anyone have WW online? If so and you get a chance, I would love to know how many points they are. I think they have a recipe calculator.

Dumb question, but weren't they green?

I think the only way I could get Luke to eat soemthing like that is if I pureed the zucchini. Even then, he would probably find it. That's my boy!

Sounds yummy!! I tried to use the recipe builder (I've never done it before) and came up with 4 points per cookie, which I can't believe, so I must be doing it wrong. You just type in the ingredients, put it down for 24 servings (24 cookies) right??

No...they looked like normal cookies chocolate chip cookies. In fact, they looked better since there wasn't much butter in there to brown them since the zucchini is providing a lot of the moisture. The inside of the zucchini is white (at least the one I used). You peel and shred it finely in the food processor and you really can't tell it's in there.

They stay really soft and they were kind of sticking together when I piled them up. So I put them back on the sheet and into the freezer and then threw them into a container to keep in the freezer. And they are great from the freezer (especially when it's in the 90s with high-humidity), not too hard.

These sound good. DD's love zucchini bread so I'm sure they'll like these as well. Thanks Jen
