I was going to grill pork chops for dinner. It is now pouring rain. Grilling is out. What can I do with the cuts? I really don't have much in the pantry...

You can throw them in the oven on top of some canned baked beans, you can pan fry them with Mrs Dash, you can throw them in a pan with some apple juice after you sear them...

I would broil them in the oven using the same stuff you were going to use to BBQ.

My favorite is to brown them a little, then toss on a sliced onion, a can of apricot halves (with the juice) and some chopped green pepper if you have it.

I would probably just season them, brown them on the stove, and finish them in the oven

I broiled them. I've never made pork in the over before. (I know, I'm weird.) It turned out well, but I'm keeping the other ideas for next time!
