TJ's Pizza Dough

is yummy! We made grilled pizzas last night. I made a BBQ chicken for DH and I, which was heavenly, and made the girls their usual Hawaiian. I just love the Trader Joes crust though. It was the first time I used the BBQ to grill it. I have an extra bag, I might brush with some olive oil and parmesan and grill that baby up tonight

We love it, too! We also use Naan bread a lot as a crust for personal pizzas. They have garlic naan at TJs!

How do you keep the dough from sticking to the grill?

I started the pizzas out on foil brushed with olive oil. Once the pizza firmed up a little I slid them off of the foil and directly on the grill to crisp up and finish cooking. It was an experiment but it seemed to work well

When I've grilled pizza, I just brush the grill and dough with the oil. I've never had it stick.

We get their whole wheat dough all the time. It's good & cheap, so why bother making it myself?

I make whole wheat pizza dough all the time! It couldn't be easier (really - I'm not Martha!) and it costs literally pennies.
It takes me seriously 3 minutes to make, and after it rises about 3 minutes to roll out.

Not to rain on your TJs pizza dough party though - I'm sure it's yummy!
