I am loving this recipe section !!

The girls' school had its Harvest Festival this past w/e and I loaded up on lots of butternut and banana squash. So much, they gave me a few Spaghetti Squash for free. So, what to do with them?? I've never cooked it before. Anyone have any good recipes, suggestions. TIA

I love spaghetti squash but can't prepare it well at all, so I can't wait to see what everyone has to say.

I cut it in 1/2 the long way, put it on a cookie sheet and bake it at 350 for about 45 minutes...it really depends on the size. When it's done, use oven mitts to hold it still while you use a fork to scrape out the inside...it will come out like spaghetti. We season it with butter and brown sugar, or butter and salt and pepper.
