I have a couple of salmon steaks to cook tonight.What should I do with them?I have some zucchini and peppers that I picked up a couple days ago.I don't want to just throw the salmon in the oven.I'd like to do something to them.Any ideas?

I don't eat salmon, but DH likes to get a jar of toasted sesame seeds and absolutely crust the salmon steaks over with them. He first rolls them in sesame seeds and then takes extra and pushes them down and onto the top and sides.

I made the modifications suggested in the first review - rub steaks with herb mixture and top with chopped onions.

A couple small ones, but I'm pretty sure they were BH. Not painful ... just made my tummy hard. Lots of pressure, but they estimated her to be, at the lowest, -1 station ... but, ugh, if it doesn't feel like her head is RIGHT THERE.

I really like a soy glaze on salmon, but I also picked up a recipe the other day that included onions, grapefruit and honey that was so good - I think it was on foodtv.com -- you could easily use orange or even lemon if you just use the juice and not the pieces.
