Default salmon

My mom bought a HUGE hunk of salmon and I am going to cook it for dinner tonight. What in the world do I do with it?Throw some spices on it and stick it in the oven?I found some pecans and almonds in the kitchen....is there some kind of crust I can make with it?

LOL, I love salmon.

Do you have some bread crumbs, dijon mustard, and butter? If so, I recommend this recipe: Baked Salmon Fillets Dijon - Allrecipes

If you don't have one or more of those ingredients, I recommend this recipe:
Baked Salmon II - Allrecipes

I buy those too. I cut in about 4 inch pieces and put a little garlic powder and olive oil and cook it in my electric skillet, 3 mins on each side with the lid on. YUMMY!

I like Kim's dijon recipie.
My fav is when DH cooked it in the grill (charcoal) with olive oil and minced garlic and we serve it with capers on top. Simple and super yummy

Easy:
drizzle olive oil on top
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary (or your favorite spice)
Bake at 400 for about 10 mins (depends on the thickness of the fillet.

LOVE salmon.

There you go!

Or, we use some butter, lemon, and Italian seasoning. Salmon is best when you keep it simple.
